TIGER MAMA - YEC FOUNDERS DINNER

YEC members embarked on a private journey led by Top Chef's Tiffani Faison for a YEC Founders Dinner. Chef Faison is the owner of Sweet Cheeks and Tiger Mama in Boston. The evening began with a private cooking demonstration and mixology lesson in a penthouse unit of the luxury Van Ness Building. Guests then continued the evening across the street at then few weeks old Tiger Mama, where they enjoyed a menu curated by Chef. The flavorful Southeast Asian cuisine was paired with more house made signature cocktails, Tiger Mama lager and specialty wines.
